e-NDA Protected Access
Every buyer must sign a digital Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing any confidential information. The NDA is specific to each listing. Sellers retain the right to approve or reject each buyer request individually, even after the NDA is signed.
All document access is logged with timestamp, IP address, and user identity. Sellers can revoke access at any time. CapRaise Admin can also revoke access if terms are violated.
